Research and accountability
How Radom researches and reviews content
Radom publishes operational Guides, current Insights, and product information. This page explains how those formats are sourced, dated, corrected, and kept separate from unsupported sales claims.
Standards reviewed
The short version
Useful evidence comes before a Radom mention
We aim to answer the reader’s question first, distinguish fact from analysis, cite material external claims, and explain where a product or operating model does not fit. A citation is rather more useful than a confident shrug.
Scope
Different formats have different jobs
Guides
Practical, search-intent-matched material for payment, treasury, finance, compliance, product, and engineering teams. A useful Guide should cover fit, non-fit, implementation, operational risk, evidence, and next steps.
Insights
News analysis and commentary. Insights should identify the underlying event, link to the reporting or primary record that supports it, and add a useful operational interpretation rather than repeat a headline.
Product pages
Radom’s own description of its services. Product pages are commercial material, so availability, eligibility, supported capabilities, pricing, and terms should be confirmed directly before implementation.
Evidence
How sources are selected
We prefer the closest reliable source to the claim: official protocol and technical documentation for implementation details; legislation, regulators, standards bodies, and public registers for regulatory context; provider documentation for a provider’s current capabilities; and reputable independent reporting for news.
- Material factual claims should be traceable to a named, accessible source.
- Time-sensitive claims should include a publication, update, or access date where useful.
- Comparisons should use equivalent criteria and current public evidence.
- Third-party links are evidence or context, not endorsements.
- Private partnership, licensing, roadmap, usage, or regulatory claims are not publication evidence.
Sources can disagree or become stale. Where uncertainty matters, the content should say so and direct the reader to verify the current primary record.
Freshness
Publication dates should mean what they say
An original publication date records when a piece first appeared. A modified or reviewed date should move only after a substantive content or evidence review, not because a page was rebuilt. Living documentation and market information can change after publication.
Content that no longer meets the current standard may be corrected, rewritten, consolidated into a stronger page, redirected, removed from search indexing, or retired. We do not keep a weak page indexable merely because it already exists.
Independence and sales context
Radom publishes this content and also sells payment infrastructure
Product links may appear when Radom has a relevant route for the reader’s task. They should be contextual and restrained. Guides and Insights should not force the same product into unrelated topics, present marketing language as neutral evidence, or imply that Radom is suitable for every business, asset, country, or use case.
A provider’s inclusion in a comparison is not a paid ranking unless the page explicitly says otherwise. Product availability remains subject to onboarding, enabled capabilities, applicable terms, and the relevant service providers.
AI-assisted production
Where automation helps—and where it does not decide the truth
AI tools can assist with topic research, source discovery, outlines, drafting, categorisation, internal linking, and quality checks. Some content can move through automated publishing after it passes machine-enforced safeguards.
Those safeguards cover matters such as evidence, duplicate topics and news events, product routing, prohibited private or regulatory claims, visual suitability, and URL verification. People define and maintain the policy; corrections and editorial accountability remain human-owned.
AI output is not a source. It must not manufacture quotations, statistics, customer usage, spend, partnerships, licences, registrations, product availability, or legal conclusions. Where reliable evidence is missing, the claim should be removed or the page should not be published.
Corrections
How to report an error
If a Radom page contains a material factual error, send the page URL, the disputed statement, and supporting evidence through the support tools in theRadom dashboard. We assess the primary record, correct material errors, and update or retire content when its premise is no longer reliable.
Radom content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or compliance advice. Readers should obtain qualified advice for their facts and jurisdiction.
